Turning 13 is a big deal when we are growing up. I love that this Mom wanted to document this special time for her twin daughters and 4 of their closest friends.  Parents, this is a great idea for a birthday celebration as kids get older.  Also, these girls were very brave.  We had this day planned for weeks. Naturally, on this day the temperature was around 30 degrees with 23 mph winds out of the North. The weather channel said it felt like 13 degrees.  You would never know it was that cold by looking at these pictures.
